Our Licensing deals are negotiated on a per-application basis. We are happy to discuss your needs and requirements. Generally we charge a per-impression fee for tangible goods (e.g. tee-shirts) and a per-year fee for digital rights (e.g. use on websites)
We have some specific requirements before we will grant a license.
- The LegendDice Brand name and / or the LegendDice Galaxy Swirl logo to be used on all licensed products
- Quality of products must be high standard and will be subject to sign-off by LegendDice before production
- The licensed image can only be used for the specific use granted in the license - further use of the Image must be licenced separately
- Licenses are not exclusive unless specifically stated in the license agreement - the same images may be licensed by other parties
- Use of licensed images must not be used in any product that may breach other copyrights or trademarked work
This is not an exhaustive list of requirements, just an example of what we might expect your license to cover. We are quite flexible in our licensing agreements and will be happy to work with you to ensure you get the best out of your licensing deal.
